Fees

Our fee structure reflects the time commitment and quality of service we provide and is guided by the Australian Medical Association fee schedule for specialist practitioners. Fees will vary with each consultation depending on the services provided. We do not bulk bill patients and all accounts are payable on the day of consultation. National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

We provide services to Self Managed and Plan Managed NDIS participants. We require all clients that are using NDIS funds to complete a service agreement with us; this agreement sets out the goals of our work together and the cost of those services. You will receive this as part of your Intake/Registration and Consent documentation.

Private Health Funds

Some private health funds provide rebates but you would need to contact your provider. 

Medicare Rebates

Medical services are eligible for a medicare rebates with a valid referral from your general practitioner. We offer online medicare claiming, your medicare rebate for the consultation will be paid directly into your nominated bank account within 48 hours.  You may be eligible for up to 80% of the out of pocket expenses for the consultation if you have reached the Medicare Safety Net.  Unfortunately our medical services are not eligible to be claimed through private health insurance. What should I bring to my first appointment?

The first appointment will run more smoothly if you could bring the following

Valid GP or Specialist referral

Medicare Card

Completed registration form

All previous reports including; speech, psychology reports, audiology, x-rays, blood tests results and your child’s my health record book “green book”

 What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to reschedule an appointment please call us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment to discuss alternatives.

Cancellation policy

The following cancellation fees apply (any future appointments will not be made until this fee has been settled).

  • 0 - 24 hours notice: full fee

  • 24 - 48 hours notice: 50% of fee

  • 48 - 72 hours notice: 25% of fee

What if I have an emergency?

If you have an emergency please see call 000 or present to your local hospital as we do not provide acute services.

Separated parents

We understand that many children have separated parents. In order to reduce conflict and improve outcomes for children we require that parents communicate effectively regarding appointments and treatment plans. For further information please see our separated parents policy.
